Meet Our Directors

Stephanie Speirs

Stephanie was born and raised in Florida and has been working directly with for 17 years. She has a love for animals and has two cats and a dog. She has a passion to teach social emotional skills to children and feels that without those basic skills children cannot be successful.

Jackie Melendez

Jackie has been working in childcare for the past 10 years with the past two years being spent at Top Kids. She lives in Orlando with her husband and two children. In her spare time she takes care of her pets; 2 dogs a bird and bearded dragon. She also can be found at her cricut machine making shirts and other crafts.

My son (5mo) has been attending Eastridge Academy for about 2 months so far and we have loved it. His teachers are so personable and kind - we love Ms. Marie, Ms. Janisha, and Ms. Gabby! The director, Ms. Monica, has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure he transitioned well to full time daycare! There’s great communication and care between teachers and parents. My son is also always smiling and in a great mood when I pick him up - he absolutely loves it which makes this mama’s heart so happy!

I’ve been working for Eastridge for a few months and love it. The staff is amazing with showing love, support, and safe environment for not only the students but also the staff. We as a whole love to watch our students grow into their personalities and motivating our students to be the best version of themselves. I also love that every teacher bring out different sorts of creativity and don’t mind sharing there ideas with another teacher in need. Not only do they offer a very loving and nurturing environment to the students but we also provide that same warmth to the parents. We love building special bonds with each parent it helps, and being there for any problem that might occur. Eastridge brings a very positive and professional energy to the students, parents and teachers. The love for everyone that Eastridge bring is phenomenal, and very much needed in all school facilities.Eastridge is a 10/10 highly recommend.

East Ridge Academy is a fantastic daycare where every staff member truly cares for the children like family. The team is incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure each child is safe, happy, and thriving. Even when small issues arise, they handle everything with such grace and efficiency, ensuring that things always work out beautifully. The environment is warm and welcoming, with children's art proudly displayed throughout the space, showing just how much they enjoy creative activities. My daughter has been here since she was one years old. All of her teachers have always been so patient and attentive. Her current teacher Ms.Ceaira is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I would highly recommend Eastridge Academy!

This is a really good daycare and they treat my kids really good I would recommend this daycare to all parents Ms.Monica, Ms.Deja, Ms.Mo and Ms.Janisha is really nice with all the kids.

My son has been enrolled here now for 2 months & absolutely loves going to school here. The staff is great! They are open & responsive with communication & very attentive to my son! We couldn't be happier!
